All fees are in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive. Export items are GST-free; please refer to the export fee.

Fees are charged according to the following Schedules:

We provide additional quotes for:

  • Research undertaken by staff
  • Film, video and audio copying
  • Viewing and auditioning facilities
  • Large projects
  • Screenings programs
  • Photographic copying
  • Exhibition loans

Clients are advised of alternative sources for material if we cannot service a request or if another organisation is a more appropriate source.

How do you pay?

  • Pre-payment is required for all jobs. An administration fee may be charged if it is necessary for an invoice to be raised.
  • Freight costs: Clients bear freight costs for material either purchased or on loan. Material previewed at an Access Centre does not normally incur a freight charge unless material is required urgently, or unless a large number of items are requested.
