HOW TO BOOK

The School Screen online booking system is easy to use, just follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the 'NFSA Schools Program' page on the Metromagazine website.
  • Click on the blue link: 'NFSA's Schools Screening Program: Click Here to Book Now'
  • Find the event for your town and click the 'Book Now' yellow button next to the screening you would like to book.
  • Fill out the required details and click 'Add'.
  • An email will be sent to your email address confirming your booking request. This means that your booking has entered our system.
  • Just turn up on the day and enjoy the screening!
  • If your School Screen event is part of our Big Screen travelling Australian film festival the teacher who has made the booking will be sent a class set of Big Screen programs to send home with the students' permission slips. These programs will provide parents with valuable information about films being screened during the festival.
  • Download the study guides from the 'Resources' page on this website and the Metromagazine website, and use them in advance of the screening. This will maximise both the educational and screening experience for students and teachers.

If you would like to discuss any of the screenings listed in the 2008 School Screen program please contact the Education Programs Coordinator, Robert Percival. Please call 02 9321 6497 or email School Screen.

The NFSA is keen to assist you in choosing the most engaging and suitable screening for your students.
